Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will email you the door code, which we will resend a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am
  • Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

Property Access

  • There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin with a door code provided after payment is complete (emailed and resent a week before your stay).
  • The property is located in Shagbark, a gated community with a Guard Shack and 24/7 security guards on duty.

Parking Information

  • The property offers free parking.
  • Ample parking is available for up to four vehicles.

  • No smoking allowed.

  • Children allowed.

  • Pet Policy:
    • The pet fee is $100 per dog.
    • There is a 2-dog maximum.
    • We only allow dogs.
    • You will need to bring a crate.
    • Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in a kennel.
    • The pet fee is non-refundable.
    • Please clean up after your pet(s).
    • Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
    • Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

  • The pet fee is $100 per dog (non-refundable).
  • Vacay Protection:
    • Cancellation Guarantee: Allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).
    • Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel; we will work with you to cancel or move your dates.
    • Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
